Explore the Five ElementsWise Woman Acupuncture is Idalee DiGregorio's practice for individualized, whole-person care. As part of her practice, she listens closely, works with the person in front of her, and helps patients explore a steadier path forward.
A lifelong Baltimore resident, Idalee has spent 17 years training in and practicing acupuncture. Her work is rooted in curiosity, warmth, and care shaped for each person.
Her background also includes a master's degree in Human Development and extensive study in psychology, which inform the way she listens to the whole person in front of her.
At the base of her practice is Five Element acupuncture, a Taoist tradition that looks for balance in body, mind, and spirit. Idalee pays attention to the ways our energy and emotions move with the seasons, and to the places where we may feel stuck.
